OSHKOSH, Wis–The Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office finds that a fatal officer-involved shooting in Oshkosh was justified. Sargeant Kyle Roberts shot and killed Delveon Fairman after the suspect allegedly ran toward officers with a knife.
Fairman had allegedly stabbed two women in the home before officers arrived.
The DA’s office found that Sargeant Roberts actions were meant to save the lives of the victims and other officers.
