We are proud to name as this week’s Laura Lee & Cutter Weenie of the Week, 19 year old fire bug, Caiden Stachowicz. Now, allegedly, he tried to burn down Republican US Representative, Glenn Grothman’s Fond du Lac office around 1am on Sunday. Why is he now possibly facing charges such as felony arson, making terrorist threats, attempted burglary and property damage? He must of been wronged in some deeply personal way to pour gas on an electrical box, light a match and then watch it burn. Well, he thinks so. He believes his constitutional rights were violated when…. TikTok went dark late Saturday. TikTok is a social media app that allows users to create, watch and share short videos. Super fun! Caiden targeted Grothman’s office because he had voted “yes” to shutting it down. The bummer for Caiden is that just a few short hours later after he, allegedly, set fire to the building, TikTok came back online after then President elect Donald Trump said he would try to give ByteDance (the owners of TikTok) more time to find a buyer. If Caiden could of just given one of the other dozens of social media apps a try instead of running out and, allegedly, committing felonies, he might of been able to get back to enjoying TikTok once again, but now that he’s facing prison time, we’re guessing he won’t be getting to watch the latest viral dances for a minuet. .. and by minuet I mean, like possibly 50 years.
So for being addicted to social media more than a Wisconsinite is addicted to supper clubs, for being more impatient that Leonardo DiCaprio trying to find his next girlfriend once his current one ages out at 26 and for standing outside of the building after setting it on fire and not running away, therefore getting caught almost immediately, we are proud to name the social media obsessed Fond du Lac fire bug, Caiden Stachowicz, as this week’s Laura Lee & Cutter Weenie of the Week.
