Daredevil has found new life on Disney +.
The television series premiered on Netflix in April 2015 and lasted for three seasons until its cancellation in November 2018.
Now Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) is back… with a vengeance, facing off once again against Wilson Fisk / Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio) in a struggle for the very soul of New York. And if the first trailer (below) is any indication, it’s a welcome return to (brutal) form for ol’ Horn Head as Hell’s Kitchen heats up and proves the devil’s work is never done.
Daredevil: Born Again references the “Born Again” comic book storyline by writer Frank Miller and artist David Mazzucchelli.
Many of the original series’ regulars are back in the fold including; Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Franklin “Foggy” Nelson and Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / Punisher – which is a home run for comic nerds.
Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on March 4, 2025, with a nine-episode first season.
