From producer Martin Scorsese and director David Tedeschi a new Beatles documentary is set for premiere on Disney+.
Titled Beatles ’64, the film will feature never-before-seen footage of the band’s first trip to the United States in February 1964, shot by documentarians Albert and David Maysles. The documentary promises to tell “a more intimate behind the scenes story” of their breakout performance on The Ed Sullivan Show.
It includes new interviews with surviving Beatles members Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr — both of whom also co-produced the doc.
Journey back to 1964 and experience Beatlemania like never before.
Stream Beatles ’64, an original documentary, only on Disney+ November 29.
