FOND DU LAC, WI — A Fond du Lac man is convicted in the fentanyl overdose death of another man in December of 2020. Joshua Weber pleads guilty to First Degree Reckless Homicide-Party to a Crime in Fond du Lac County Court. Autopsy results on the unidentified victim found high levels of fentanyl and norfentanyl in the victim’s blood samples. Weber will be sentenced on January 27, 2025. He faces a maximum penalty of 60-years in prison.
