The Green Bay Metro Fire Department rescues a deer from the icy waters of the East River. Crews were called to the river in the village of Bellevue this (Thursday) morning after witnesses saw the whitetail struggling to stay above the water.
Divers were able to get a harness around the deer–pull it onto the ice–and release it back onto dry land.
Engine 2, Engine 5 and Battalion 1 were dispatched for a deer in the East River this morning in the Village of Bellevue.
