APPLETON, Wis–The trial date for a Kaukauna child pornography suspect is delayed a 35th time. Travis Huss is now scheduled to be tried on ten counts of felony possession on December 20th. That trial was most recently scheduled for November 29th.
Huss was initially charged in July of 2015 after investigators allegedly found illegal images on his computer during a search of his home for probation violations. He has gone through a number of attorneys in the past seven years, and the pandemic also forced a number of delays in trial dates.
Huss faces up to 250-years in prison if convicted.
