BUCHANAN, Wis–A concrete shortage is delaying driveway construction in the town of Buchanan. Select driveways along Creekview Lane and Westowne Court were scheduled to undergo construction this week–however supply chain issues are preventing suppliers from getting cement.
The town says work will begin once concrete is available.
