TWO RIVERS, Wis. — A former Two Rivers High School teacher is suspected of having had an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Rebecca Kilps, 34, was arrested on three counts of Sexual Assault of a Child by a School Instructional Staff Person.
Police say Kilps engaged in sexual conduct with a 17-year-old student. She was placed on paid administrative leave and later resigned.
The Two Rivers Police Department is leading the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Lieutenant Melissa Wiesner.
