Outagamie County expects to get $35 million from the federal government in American Rescue Plan money and leaders want advice on how to spend the relief aid.
County Executive Tom Nelson thinks an online survey asking small businesses and residents how they fared during the pandemic will help them understand.
Nelson says the survey will take less than five minutes and will gauge how income, health and childcare may have been impacted. The survey is open through July 16th.
