Harbor House is using a virtual ceremony to honor people killed through domestic violence.
The Appleton group is holding a candlelight vigil tonight at 6:30 p.m. on its Facebook page.
Spokeswoman Morgan Kirchenwitz says they’re also holding their Purple Porch Project for the third straight year. All month, she says they’re encouraging people to change the light bulbs to purple to raise awareness about domestic abuse.
