March 31st – City of Waukesha
A male and female were “climbing trees, looking for beer.” They were reportedly intoxicated.
April 4th – City of Kenosha
A man on a bike had stopped by a tire shop to ask for some air for his bicycle tires. The person at the tire shop thought that this was suspicious, as “the bike looked expensive.”
April 4th – City of Seymour
Someone on Factory St. reported that every time she looks at the neighbor’s house, he looks out the window and flips her off.
