APPLETON, Wis. — A second person is charged in connection with the overdose death of an Appleton woman.
Eric Abresch is charged in Outagamie County Court with first-degree reckless homicide as a repeat offender.
Abresch allegedly bought drugs from Julius Elmer before providing them to the 42-year-old woman, who was found dead in an E. Winnebago Street home in August of 2022.
Elmer was charged with reckless homicide last week.
Abresch faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted.
