Growing up in the 90s I remember if you wanted to buy music you did not go to Walmart to do it. They famously banned popular albums by some of the biggest artists of the day. If they didn’t ban, (meaning refuse to sell them,) then they edited them. I remember buying a Rob Zombie CD and was so disappointed because it was edited, although later I gave it to my son because it was edited. Ultimate Classic Rock put out a list of 20 albums that Walmart banned, so Laura Lee and I went through it and tried to understand.
