Golden owner Jonathan and his Retriever Teddy are known online for pulling pranks on each other – well this time they turned the tables and pulled a fast one on their local Cracker Barrel restaurant.
If you’ve never been to a Cracker Barrel, they’re know for their down home decor, classic advertising pieces and old-timey family photos – that’s where this story begins and ends.
Jonathan and Teddy did a photo shoot looking very “American Gothic” standing aside a hay bale. Then the dynamic duo took the “vintage” black and white photo in to be processed into an actual, physical photo – found an appropriate barn board frame – and set ‘Operation Cracker Barrel’ in motion.
Jonathan then went to the local Cracker Barrel without Teddy in tow (not sure of CB.’s Pet Policy) and waited for the opportune time to grace the wall with the golden photo. And, as you will see in the TikTok video below – Mission Accomplished!
In the world I live in, that photo will remain on the wall forever… or until the Cracker Barrel closes gets turned into a Spirit Halloween store.
