Dr. Feelgood to the stage STAT!
Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil took a trip to the wild side (of the stage) during the band’s tour-opener at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey last night – thankfully his gamble with gravity didn’t leave him broke.
Neil hit some turbulence a few songs into Mötley Crüe’s set during the song “Wild Side” when he hit the deck in a nasty looking fall. To his credit, Neil recovered and continued on with the song and the show. Also to his credit, the mic was LIVE because you can hear it hit the stage.
This was not the first time Neil hit the stage – literally – according to Ultimate Classic Rock, during a solo show in 2021, Vince fell OFF (not on) the stage and had to cut the show short as he was diagnosed with broken ribs.
So a much better outcome and the tour continues on to June 21st for a Summerfest show at the BMO Pavilion in Milwaukee.
Here’s another angle of the fall.
