While CJ Snare isn’t from Wisconsin it always kind of felt like he was. With how much the band was beloved in the dairy state we probably all have a Firehouse memory.
The band FireHouse rose to fame in the early 90s with huge radio and MTV staples like “Love of a Lifetime” and “Don’t Treat Me Bad.” In total they had 7 singles reach the Billboard Top 100 chart. Besides the hits they toured constantly, which is partly why we felt like we could see a FireHouse show every year. So many of us have had the pleasure to meet and get to know CJ over the years and now we must mourn a musician who was as wonderful in person as he was belting out the hits on stage. CJ Snare, singer of the band FireHouse has passed away unexpectedly at the age of 64.
