We are proud to name as this week’s Rick and Cutter Show Weenie of the Week…62-year-old Thomas Miller of Allouez who is facing felony charges of Making Terrorist Threats and Bomb Scares.
According to Action 2 News, on Wednesday police responded to a restaurant on South Oneida Street in Ashwaubenon for a harassment call. The restaurant owner told an officer that Miller said he was going to bomb the restaurant. (Drop – I’m going to bomb this place) According to the owner, Miller had previously shown up in person at the restaurant, harassing the staff and yelling obscenities at them, including calling them “monkeys”.
According to the criminal complaint, the officer then contacted Miller by phone after there was no answer at his home. Miller admitted to making the call and told the officer he was serious about bombing the place, XXX then refused to meet with the officer.
In a second phone call, Miller told the officer that he had a week to close the restaurant down before Miller did it himself, saying that he knew all the judges.
The officer then called Miller’s wife, who confirmed that he did not have any mental health issues. Miller then called the officer back, demanding that he not call him or his wife again, and threatening the officer’s job, saying he would “bury his ass”.
When the officer and Brown County Sheriff’s Deputies finally met with Miller, he again said that he was serious about his threats and telling officers he would send a bulldozer to the restaurant and plow it down.
Miller was then placed under arrest, and a breath test found a BAC of .118.
Police reports did not reveal what Ashwaubenon restaurant on South Oneida the man was threatening.

For threatening to “plow down” the restaurant when he sounds like he was already quite plowed himself.
For reportedly threatening restaurant workers indicating he must enjoy his food flavored with spit and boogers.
For threatening to blow up a restaurant XXX when if dynamite were brains he wouldn’t be enough to blow his hat off. (Thanks to Kurt Vonnegut for that one)
