TOWN OF BROTHERTOWN, Wis. — A man is dead – another is seriously injured – in a Calumet County crash.
A car driven by a 19-year-old Chilton man crossed the centerline along U.S. Highway 151 in the town of Brothertown around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and struck an on-coming vehicle operated by a 28-year-old town of Calumet man.
The teen’s vehicle then burst into flames. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver was airlifted to ThedaCare Medical Center in Neenah with life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
