Friday night was the big 25th Annual Halloween Costume Party to benefit Children’s Wisconsin. This year‘s event was sponsored by Rookies Bar and held at the ballroom of the Hilton Paper Valley Hotel in Downtown Appleton. Music by Ask Your Mother and Inferred.
