GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Door County sheriff’s deputy faces multiple charges of abusing his domestic partner.
Jurrone Petry is charged in Brown County Court with False Imprisonment, Battery and Disorderly Conduct with domestic abuse assessments. Petry and his partner resided in Brown County.
According to a criminal complaint, the woman accuses Petry of punching her several times in the head and intimidating her with a stun gun. She also stated in another dispute that she said aloud that she wished Petry was dead.
Petry is accused of taking his gun and trying to put it in her hand while saying “shoot me.” Petry is also accused of not letting the woman leave a room during an argument.
Petry was lodged in the Brown County Jail. During an initial appearance Friday, a signature bond of $2,500 was set for Petry. He was ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
He’s back in court on Dec. 1.
