The second US Festival took place in May of 1983 just outside of Los Angeles, California, and was attended by around 400,000 people. It was put on by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak to encourage the 1980s to be more community orientated. Van Halen was one of the headliners and now former frontman David Lee Roth has posted a mini-documentary, produced and edited by Alan Berry about the time between the end of the Diver Down tour and the famed performance at the US festival.
