OSHKOSH, WI — An autoimmune disease claims the life of an Oshkosh Police Department K-9. The department announces K9 Lando was euthanized Saturday afternoon by staff at U-W Veterinary Care after failing to respond to treatment for Myasthenia Gravis K9 Lando, a German Shepherd, came to the Oshkosh Police Department in 2018. In his career, K9 Lando took part in 283 deployments.
