KAUKAUNA, Wis. — A Kaukauna paper mill will not be fined for a worker’s death.
An employee at the Ahlstrom-Munksjo plant was killed Aug. 16 after boiler pipes exploded.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration found no violations of workplace safety laws in the incident.
The OSHA report cited the boiler in the building was 56 years old and outlined future safety guidelines for the plant.
