GREEN BAY, Wis–A Green Bay woman accused of leaving her children unsupervised while she went to a bar says she is “not guilty”. Christina Badalamenti enters the plea in Brown County Court to two counts of Child Neglect.
According to the criminal complaint, a Green Bay Police officer came across Badalamenti’s six year old, non-verbal son wandering around a downtown parking ramp last month. When officers went to Badalamenti’s house, they found a four year old girl home alone.
No trial date has been set.
