GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Lac du Flambeau man will spend life in prison without parole for an execution-style murder in Green Bay.
Waylon Wayman was found guilty in Brown County Court on charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery.
Wayman shot Codie Schultz in the back of the head during a drug robbery in April of 2020.
A second man charged in that crime, Clarence Graveen, has a plea hearing scheduled for Feb. 13.
Wayman had to be removed from the courtroom after the sentence was announced after he made vulgar comments toward the judge and the victim’s family.
