APPLETON, Wis. — The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office issues a tow ban for Interstate 41 and Highway 441.
The ban means tow trucks will not be allowed to pull stranded vehicles out of the ditch along the highways until the ban is lifted.
The sheriff’s office cites worsening wind and snow conditions.
