MANITOWOC, Wis. — One person is arrested following a shooting in Manitowoc.
Police were called to the area of S. 13th and Madison streets shortly after 1 a.m. Monday on the report of gunshots.
Officers found shell casings but did not find any victims with injuries.
Several people were taken into custody and later released. One person was arrested on a warrant through probation and parole. Criminal charges against that person are pending.
