SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — One person is dead following a house fire in Sheboygan.
Crews were called to the home in the 1300 block of S. 17th Street around 7:30 a.m. Thursday on the report of a porch fire.
A woman and a dog were found dead inside the home. The woman’s husband was able to escape and was taken to the hospital.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
