For many fans of the Green Bay Packers, gameday is simply making sure you have food and beverages at the ready, turn on the T.V. and Go Pack Go!
But the actual gameday at Lambeau Field starts some 14 hours before kickoff.
This great documentary from NFL Films (shot in 2019 prior to a Green Bay / Detroit matchup) takes us through every aspect of the game from field and food to officials and fireworks at Lambeau Field. AND it also features “the voice of Lambeau Field” WBAY’s Bill Jartz.
Honestly, I’ve been to dozens of Packer games and never realized the full-extent of preparation that goes into gameday.
It’s an eye-opening doc and one that brings a newfound appreciation of what we have right here in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
