OSHKOSH, Wis–The Oshkosh Area School District is now accepting nominations for the name of the new northside elementary school. Webster Stanley Middle and Elementary School is being replaced with a new elementary-only facility in the next few years that will consolidate a number of north side attendance areas.
An online survey is available on the Oshkosh School District website through November 7th. The district conducted a similar public input campaign in naming the new north side middle school. The top vote-getter was E-A-A founder Paul Poberezny, but the Oshkosh School Board instead selected Vel Phillips.
