GREEN BAY, Wis–An inmate at the Brown County Jail is accused of offering another prisoner cash to kill his ex-girlfriend. Oudy Weber is charged with Solicitation of First Degree Intentional Homicide.
According to the criminal complaint, Weber offered another inmate at the jail 25-thousand dollars to kill the woman who had accused him of stalking and violating a restraining order back in July and in August. The other inmate reportedly wore a recording device for police while having conversations with Weber.
He faces up to 80-years in prison if convicted.
