APPLETON, WI — Economic development officials from the Fox Valley will try and see if what plays well in Huntsville, Alabama will play well in our region. Members of the Fox Cities Regional Partnership plan to visit Huntsville in early 2023. That community ranked number-one on “U.S. News and World Report’s” list of best places to live in the U-S. Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce President Becky Bartoszek tells Appleton’s Community and Economic Development Committee that one destination will be the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering, which is a public-private partnership.
Bartoszek believes the Fox Cities could host that type of public-private partnership.
That tour is being hosted by the Huntsville Madison County Chamber.
