OSHKOSH, Wis–An Oshkosh murder suspect is heading to trial. A Winnebago County judge finds there is enough evidence to try Joshua Johnson on charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Johnson allegedly shot a man to death during a gathering in the 300-block of Oxford Avenue on Memorial Day weekend. He will enter a plea to the charges on July 25th.
