Fox Valley Metro Police release more information on a shooting at a Kimberly business. Investigators say a man entered Voeck’s Fox Valley Coin and Diamond in the 100-block of East Kimberly Avenue around 2:20 Monday afternoon, grabbed a high-priced piece of merchandise, and tried to run off. An armed security employee of the store chased after the suspect and got in front of his vehicle. The guard fired shots at the man’s car as it drove toward him. The suspect got away–but was arrested a short time later in the town of Wolf River. The 37-year old man is being held in the Outagamie County Jail on charges of felony theft. The security guard was not hurt.
