Gene Simmons has decided to sell his Las Vegas estate due to the heat. His family has decided they can’t handle the desert heat and want out, so up for sale, it goes. In order to help sell it, Gene Simmons as allowed a tour of the place. It’s 11,000 square feet and includes the adjacent lot that is now filled with trees, don’t worry Gene shows you that as well. The asking price is only $13 million or so. We’re sure there is a multimillionaire Kiss fan who’s going to jump all over this.
