Last month, Foo Fighters gave us a teaser trailer for their new horror film, ‘Studio 666′.
Now we get the whole enchilada.
A full trailer shows what kind of fun, gross, musical mayhem this movie is going to be.
Basic premise: The Foo Fighters rent a home to record their 10th studio album. But it turns out to be haunted by the malevolent spirit of another long-dead rocker that eventually possesses Dave Grohl… horror and hijinks ensue.
‘Studio 666’ stars the Foo Fighters (Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Nate Mendel, and Rami Jaffee) as well as Whitney Cummings, Leslie Grossman, Will Forte, Jenna Ortega, and Jeff Garlin.
Grohl says about the project:
“After decades of ridiculous music videos and numerous music documentaries under our collective belts, it was finally time to take it to the next level. Like most things Foo, Studio 666 began with a far fetched idea that blossomed into something bigger than we ever imagined possible.”
‘Studio 666’ is directed by BJ McDonnell and starts playing (and slaying) theatres on February 25th!
