A familiar voice for music lovers in Wisconsin, James Giombotti… better known as Mr. G… passed away this week.
Giombotti started selling records out of his car at flea markets in the early 1950s before opening his first store in West Bend in 1956.
Mr. G opened a second store on Main Street in Oshkosh a year later and moved his corporate offices there.
The Exclusive Company has grown to seven locations, including one at the Northland Mall in Appleton and one in downtown Green Bay.
