There’s a new man in charge of the Fox Crossing Police Department.
Captain Scott Blashka took over as chief during a swearing-in ceremony at the Village of Fox Crossing Board meeting last night. Blashka brings 27-years of law enforcement experience to his new role. That includes extensive community involvement including youth sports.
Blashka succeeds Tim Seaver, who is retiring October 15 after 35 years in law enforcement.
