The Paper Valley Hotel in downtown Appleton will re-brand as a Hilton property. General Manager Linda Garvey says the change will make it easier to market the hotel. Appleton Mayor Jake Woodford thinks this will be good news for the adjoining Fox Cities Exhibition Center.
As part of the rebranding, all 388 rooms at the Paper Valley will be remodeled, conference rooms will be updated, and the Orchard Cafe will be re-named the Harvest Kitchen and Pantry. All of the changes should be completed by the end of the year or in early January.
