Well… at least we’ve (sort of) stopped focusing on ‘election dissection’ and have now shifted our focus to the ‘confection erection’.
Target’s annual Christmas cookies are a lot more then meets the eye – if you have a dirty mind.
‘Santa’s Boots’ are what one of the cookie designs is supposed to resemble, but upon closer inspection (watch your eye) they do seem to resemble St. Nicks d#^k.
Those out there that would be upset about this resemblance (see ‘pearl-clutchers’) have already voiced their opinions as one would expect them to on the internet.
Target did respond to the New York Post by saying in a statement:
“We have not received any feedback directly on this item. The design is intended to represent Santa’s boots. We appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration moving forward.”
Here comes Santa Claus indeed.
