The chair of Wisconsin’s Republican Party is wondering what’s changed since Biden decided not to come to Wisconsin for the Democratic National Convention.
Andrew Hitt says it doesn’t appear that coronavirus numbers have changed much. He says if Biden cared about Wisconsin, he would’ve come to the state last month to make his case to voters.
Biden gave his acceptance speech virtually in Delaware.
