The “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame” won’t hold a live induction ceremony this year for the inductees, instead they have a TV special about the bands on the same date. So, the live performances, tributes, and more that usually happen are out this year. Now HBO/HBO Max will hold a virtual event on November 7th at 7pm CT celebrating the impact, influence and music of the Class of 2020.
People who bought tickets for the event will be offered a full refund.
This is the 35th anniversary of the event and this year’s inductees include Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, The Doobie Brothers, Whitney Houston, Notorious B.I.G., and T-Rex.
