How does a zoo prepare for the possibility of an escaped animal? With a lion escape drill, of course!
Tobe Zoo in Japan conducted a lion escape drill, and since it wouldn’t be safe to do the drill with a real lion… some lucky employee had to dress up in a lion costume and pretend to be the escaped animal.
The zoo’s actual lions are in the video looking on, unimpressed.
