Texting While… (insert activity) should be a crime. After all, we fine, suspend, jail, etc. for other irresponsible infractions we deem ‘dangerous’ Why NOT ‘TEXTING While…. ‘?

This guy is SO engrossed by …let’s say …. Fortnite, Tick Tock or Pinterest …whatever … but so engrossed was he that the gaping hole (phrasing) in the middle of the street he did not see (why am I typing like Yoda?)
